eBay Commercial Belief

We still like the idea that an advert can talk to people about the fact that they're fundamentally good. Even if it's a bit oblique as to why this means you should trust eBay...

Poised to Sell E-Books, Google Takes On Amazon

Google appears to be throwing down the gauntlet in the e-book market. In discussions with publishers at the annual BookExpo convention in New York over the weekend, Google signaled its intent to introduce a program by that would enable publishers to sell digital versions of their newest books direct to consumers through Google. The move would pit Google against Amazon.com, which is seeking to control the e-book market with the versions it sells for its Kindle reading device. Google’s move is likely to be welcomed by publishers who have expressed concerns about Amazon’s aggressive pricing strategy for e-books. Amazon offers Kindle editions of most new best sellers for $9.99, far less than the typical $26 at which publishers sell new hardcovers. In early discussions, Google has said it will allow publishers to set consumer prices.

Staying in impossibly quaint and beautiful: Castle Acre, Norfolk

http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3071/2707020972_bde0023616.jpg" alt="" />
Castle Acre is an historic village about 5 miles north of Swaffham, west of the A1065 Fakenham Road. Famous for its mediaeval castle and priory it is a village full of character with high quality pubs, cafe/tea rooms and accommodation.
Situated on the Peddars Way and the Nar Valley Way it is also a starting point for many lovely walks.
The Nar Valley is also known for its rich biodiversity and I've included photos of some of the wildlife to be found with birds ranging from Britains smallest (Goldcrest) to one of the biggest (Buzzard). There are many Dragonflies and Damselflies along the river in the summer months and butterflies galore around the castle and the water meadows.

We saw Morris Dancing....!
